Executive. Graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics as well as of MBA studies – Management and Economics of Health Technologies. Graduate of Business and Management at University of Leon Koźmiński in Warsaw. Participated in the process of forming Masovian Regional Health Fund.

In 2005-2007 he worked at the Institute of Mother and Child (Warsaw, Poland) as a representative of the Director of Finance and Accounting and as the Deputy Director of Economic Affairs. In the years 2007-2016 he was a Deputy Director of Economic Affairs in The Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski Institute of Cardiology in Warsaw. Currently, he is responsible for supervision of the Financial and Accounting Divisions, including departments of IT, Analysis and Strategy, International Affairs as well as the administration of the National Health Fund.
