Izabela Pszczółka graduated of the Faculty of Law, University of Lublin, and Administrative Law, Technical University of Radom.  She has been working at the Bureau of the Commissioner for Patients’ Rights since 2013. The main area of her expertise is personal data protection, information security and system of electronic document management (EZD).
