IT Professional, graduate of the Faculty of Management at University of Gdańsk. He also completed studies in marketing, professional training and post-graduate studies in Management at WSB in Gdańsk. Longtime lecturer of computer science, information society and e-Government.

He has been working in ICT sector since 1989. He began work in Marshal’s Office of Pomorskie Voivodeship in 1999. Organizer and participant of many implementations and projects in the field of IT and IS development. Member, among others, of Expert Team Committee for Information Society at the Association of Polish regions and the Security Team Provincial Council for Social Dialogue. He currently serves as the Manager of strategic project Pomorskie e-Zdrowie (Pomorskie e-Health).
