Graduated from the Institute of International Relations at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Management and Marketing at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He also graduated from the Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, the International Postgraduate Studies in Methods of Public Intervention at the University of Warsaw and studies in the evaluation of EU funded projects.
In 2009-2014 he was the manager of the Department of Coordination and Evaluation of EU co-funded programs in the Office of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Warsaw. At the level of the Managing Authority for the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship he was responsible for monitoring, evaluation and analysis of audit and control results (including those carried out by the Treasury Control Office and the European Commission). His responsibilities included optimization and designing of processes under the management and control system.
He was the manager of the e-Health key project in the Mazovia Region concerning informatization of 23 health care entities.
He has a long-standing professional experience in the process and project management. He has carried out numerous audits of EU co-funded projects.
