He is working at Medical University of Gdańsk, specialist of health care orgqnisation and public health, lecturer and author of several articles on healthcare financing, regulations and management, healthcare quality, applying new technologies, and health care projects. Co-author of reports on coordinated care in primary care and managements of universities’ hospitals. He is the president of Public Health Council of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk.

He is active in Polish Society of Public Health and Social Medicine.

In past, he was Medical Director of University Clinical Center in Gdańsk and worked on menagerial position for National Health Fund, and was the President of National Health Fund (2014-2017).
